Lleida.net hits record high with 791 new client signups in June

Madrid, 13 July – Listed technology services provider Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) registered 791 new client signups during June, marking the highest monthly figure in its corporate history. This performance doubles the 391 signups recorded in June 2025, representing a 102% year-on-year increase, and surpasses the previous record of 751 achieved in April.

June signups also grew by 11% compared to the 714 registered in May. Out of the total new signups in June, 684 have already converted into active trading clients, delivering a conversion rate of 86.5%.

This growth surge is primarily driven by the company Registered email service. This specific solution is widely used to certify the mandatory prelitigation negotiation attempts now required under Spanish Organic Law 1/2025.

The regulation, which entered into force on 3 April 2025, makes it compulsory to prove an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) attempt before filing civil or commercial lawsuits. Without this legally binding certification, courts can dismiss claims out of hand without assessing the merits of the case.

Several Spanish Provincial Courts, including Navarra, Gipuzkoa and Ourense, have issued final rulings equating Lleida.net Registered email to traditional legally binding postal methods. Conversely, courts in Zaragoza and Granada have dismissed lawsuits where the mandatory ADR attempt relied only on conventional emails.

The courts have determined that Lleida.net technology provides irrefutable proof of the sender identity, that the email was successfully sent, its full content, delivery to the recipient, and the exact date and time stamp.

Lleida.net operates as a qualified trust service provider under the European eIDAS regulation, a certification it obtained in 2018 as the pioneer Spanish company in this sector. Its Registered email service allows users to send communications with full probative value from any standard email account by simply adding the company certification address to the CC field.

This regulatory requirement establishes a highly predictable, recurring client base within the legal sector for the company. Spain processes approximately 3.5 million judicial proceedings annually that fall under the scope of this law.

Lleida.net expects this legal mandate for registered notifications to open up new international markets in the coming years, significantly expanding the total addressable market for its technology.

The company closed 2025 with the strongest financial results in its history, posting a record EBITDA of €4.05 million (up 25%) and a net profit of €1.245 million (up 41%), according to the audited accounts released in April.

"Mandatory ADR has made registered communication an essential first step before going to court. Every month, more law firms and corporate legal teams adopt the service because our registered email carries the same weight as traditional tracked and signed mail, but at a lower cost and with a watertight audit trail," said Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net is a leading European provider of registered notification, electronic contracting and digital signature services. The company holds more than 300 patents across over 60 countries and is listed on BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris), Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
