Madrid,10 December  - Lleida.net founder and CEO Sisco Sapena acquired yesterday a package of 38,000 shares of the company at a weighted average price of 3.83 euros per share.

With this transaction communicated in due form to the Spanish regulators, Sapena now holds 34.51 per cent of the company's shares. 

The company's maximum shareholder already acquired a package of 44,000 shares at the end of November, following the General Shareholders' Meeting of the purchase of the company inDenova.

In 2021, Sapena has made purchases of company shares on seven occasions, up to 184,300 shares.
