Lleida.net kicks off 2026 with 55.62% growth in its customer base
Madrid, January 8 – Spanish listed technology services company Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLLN) began 2026 with 8,886 active customers, representing a 55.62% increase compared to the 5,710 customers recorded at the beginning of 2025, the company reported today.
This figure represents the highest customer growth rate achieved by Lleida.net in its more than 30-year history.
The growth has been driven primarily by increased adoption of Lleida.net’s technologies following the entry into force of Spain’s Organic Law 1/2025, published on January 3, 2025. The legislation promotes the digitalisation of judicial processes and the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The result has also been supported by recent changes to Spanish labour regulations, which introduce a mandatory prior hearing requirement in dismissal procedures.
“This growth confirms that certified and legally enforceable digital communications have ultimately become a structural requirement for companies operating across Europe,” said Sisco Sapena, founder and CEO of Lleida.net.
“We expect adoption of our services to continue throughout 2026, making this a strong start to the year for both our company and the industry,” he added.
Headquartered in Madrid, with offices in more than 15 countries, Lleida.net closed 2025 with a share price of €1.23, representing an increase of approximately 30% compared to the close of 2024.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net is one of Europe’s leading providers of registered notification, contracting and electronic signature services. The company holds more than 300 patents in over 60 countries, covering technologies related to certified notifications, electronic contracting and digital signatures.
Lleida.net shares are traded on BME Growth (Madrid), where they have been listed for the past ten years, as well as on Euronext Paris and the Stuttgart and Frankfurt stock exchanges.
