Madrid, 4 February – Spanish-listed company Lleida.net saw its sales rise to €2.56 million in 2024, marking a 16% increase compared to the previous year, according to figures disclosed to the market today.

The company reported an annual turnover of €19.05 million, €2.56 million more than in 2023.

Lleida.net recorded an EBITDA of €3.26 million in 2024, a sharp contrast to the €84,000 reported the previous year. This represents an extraordinary 3,792% year-on-year increase.

Pre-tax profit grew by 131%, surpassing €3.56 million.

This year, the company posted a net profit of €840,000, recovering from a €2.72 million loss in 2023.

“The efforts made in 2024 have paid off, proving that Lleida.net remains a robust company and a leading technology player in Europe,” said CEO Sisco Sapena.

Growth across all business lines

Strong performance across all business areas reflects the success of the company's commercial strategy overhaul at the end of 2023.

In 2024, contracting, notification, ICX wholesale, and SMS services all experienced double-digit growth.

The most significant increase was in the Registered Electronic Notification segment, which grew by 25%, adding €404,000 to reach a total of €2.04 million.

In absolute terms, the ICX Wholesale division recorded the highest growth, with sales rising by €1.34 million (24%) year-on-year, reaching €6.92 million.

Long-term debt cut by 18%

Last year, the company was forced to implement a Restructuring Plan, which included a redundancy programme and the closure of several subsidiaries and offices outside Europe, among other decisive measures. 

The effectiveness of these actions is reflected in a 22% reduction in net financial debt, which fell by approximately €2 million to €7.41 million.

Throughout the year, the company actively worked to reduce its financial liabilities, cutting debt by an impressive 22% (€2.3 million).

Lleida.net's total debt position now stands at €8.44 million, down €2.4 million from the end of 2023.

Alongside debt reduction efforts, the company also cut personnel costs by 19% and external service expenses by 25%, achieving overall savings of approximately €2 million.
