Lleida.net expands presence in Colombia with €665,000 in Government contracts

Madrid, November 12 – Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF), a global provider of registered electronic communication services, has signed two high-value contract renewals with the Colombian government, worth a total of €665,000. These contracts mark a significant step forward for Lleida.net’s operations in Colombia, where the company’s subsidiary has been active since 2018.

The contracts, now in effect, focus on Lleida.net's innovative SaaS solutions under the Lleida.net PKI brand, which stem from the company’s 2021 acquisition of the Valencia-based technology firm Indenova. Lleida.net PKI provides digital identity issuance and validation, digital certification (PKI), and BPM-based process automation solutions designed to support government and private sector clients in secure digital transformation.

The first contract, valued at €443,000, is with Colombia’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. It is set to last for a year, with the potential for renewal through October 2025. The second contract, worth €222,000, has been signed with Colombia’s Superintendency of Surveillance and Private Security, the nation’s regulatory body for the private security industry, and is also valid for one year with an option to renew.

Since establishing a local presence in 2014, Lleida.net has grown its client base in Colombia to over 200 organizations, including Bancolombia, one of the country’s largest financial institutions. These latest agreements underscore the firm’s expanding role in Latin America’s digital ecosystem.

Lleida.net, listed on the stock exchanges in Madrid, Paris, New York, Stuttgart, and Frankfurt, has reported sales of €13.95 million in 2024, representing a 12% increase from the previous year. The company’s EBITDA for the first three quarters of 2024 reached €2.21 million, an impressive 1322% growth compared to the same period in 2023.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net has been awarded over 300 patents across 60 countries for its pioneering work in registered electronic notification, contracting, and e-signature technologies, solidifying its status as an industry leader.
