Lleida.net bolsters ties with LaLiga EA Sports, adds trio of new services

Madrid, 20 February. The publicly traded technology services company Lleidanet (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) has renewed its contract with LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL for an additional period of three years.

This renewal comes with an expansion, introducing three additional digital identity services to their repertoire.

Under the terms, Lleida.net will roll out Registered Digital Certificates for Legal Representatives, utilising video identification for added security.

Moreover, they'll oversee signature certificates using their proprietary tool PKI TOOLS CS, integrating seamlessly with LaLiga's management and auditing frameworks.

The initial partnership between Lleida.net and LaLiga was struck in 2020, focusing on email reception services to certify the sports organisation's global communications on audiovisual rights.

Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net, remarked, "It's a testament to our technology's reliability that the premier football institution worldwide continues to place its trust in us. Moreover, their decision to expand into digital identity services further underscores this."

"We've once again showcased our capability to meet the demanding technological needs of top-tier clients," he added.

Lleida.net stands as a trailblazer in Europe's registered electronic signature, notification, and contracting sector.

With over 300 patents across 60+ countries and a robust intellectual property portfolio, the company caters to a diverse clientele, including banks, telcos, and insurers across 50+ nations.

Established in 1995, Lleida.net went public in Madrid in 2015 before pursuing dual listings on Euronext Growth Paris in 2018 and the OTC Markets of New York in 2020. Their shares also trade on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
