Japan and Taiwan award Lleida.net two new patents

Madrid, 15 February 15.- Intellectual property authorities in Japan and the Republic of China (Taiwan) have granted Spanish company Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) two new patents in the field of technological trust services.

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) has awarded Lleida.net a patent for its “Universal Method of Registration and Qualified Contracting,” a technology that expedites registered universal contracting processes. It ensures the validity, legality, and effectiveness of agreements.

Similarly, the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) has granted the company another patent for its Platform and Method of Certifying an Electronic Contract for Electronic Identification Services and Trust Services (EIDAS).

To date, 11 Asian countries have recognised Lleida.net's innovations with nearly 40 patents, including Japan, China, the Gulf Cooperation Council, India, and Israel.
