Colombian postal services renew and extend their contract with Lleida.net

Madrid, 1 October - Colombia's national postal service, 4-72, has renewed and extended its contract with Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) and has included in the agreement all the technology developed by the Spanish listed company in the last two years.

The agreement, signed through Lleida.net's Colombian subsidiary, provides access to its complete catalogue of electronic notification, signature and contracting products.

4-72 handles the postal communications of 48 million people in Colombia.

4-72's registered electronic notification services have enjoyed a sustained 60% year-on-year growth due to Colombian institutions and companies' rapid adoption of registered mail.

Currently, the contract with 4-72 accounts for more than 70% of the turnover of the Colombian subsidiary, named Lleida SAS.

In the company's press release, Lleida.net stated that "this renewal proves the involvement, effort and commitment of the national postal service 4-72 to make the Colombian economy competitive both domestically and internationally by providing this type of service to citizens".

The listed company holds three patents in Colombia, which is its primary market in the region.

The company has been operating in Colombia since 2014 and has a portfolio of over 200 clients in the country, among them Bancolombia, one of the country's leading financial institutions.

It is Europe's leader in the registered e-signature, e-notification and e-contracting industry. With over 200 patents granted by more than 60 countries worldwide, Lleida.net has one of the most robust intellectual property portfolios across the sector.

Since it was listed on the Madrid MAB (now BME Growth) about six years ago, the company has been awarded an average of one patent every eleven days.

Lleida.net is listed on the OTCQX index in New York, Euronext Growth in Paris, and BME Growth in Madrid.
