Lleida.net engages ANDBANK for the administration of its treasury stock management programme.
Madrid, 6 July - The listed technology services company Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) has engaged the Andorran entity ANDBANK as the manager of its treasury stock programme.
On 7 June, the General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the implementation of a new treasury stock plan, which has an initial allocation of half a million euros.
This amount, which at market close last Friday, amounted to around 89,200 shares.
The acquisition of shares will be maintained until the allocation of funds is depleted.
"Since we went public, we have been the first to bet on our company. We are thankful for the trust of all our shareholders, retailers and institutionals, and we reinforce that trust by betting on our common project", said Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.
Lleida.net is listed in New York, Paris and Madrid, is the European leader in the registered e-signature, e-notification and e-contracting industry.
It holds more than 205 patents in electronic contracting and notification, granted by more than 60 countries on five continents, and its intellectual property portfolio is one of the largest in the industry worldwide.
Today, more than 75 countries recognise the legal validity of its electronic methods as a means of attesting legal notices in contracting processes.
A few days ago, it announced the acquisition of the electronic signature company Indenova for more than seven million euros.
