Madrid and Bogotá, 22 February - Spanish publicly traded firm Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF) has inked a five-year agreement with Colmédica Medicina Prepagada, valued at approximately € 600,000.

Operating in Colombia since 2014, the tech company will deliver contracting, notification, and legally binding electronic signature services. These services encompass automated form drafting and the signing of informed consent documents for patients and administrative paperwork.

Colmédica stands as a frontrunner in the realm of prepaid healthcare services in Colombia.

The newly signed contract aims to enhance and streamline administrative management across all Colmédica facilities.

With a total of 309 patents spanning over 60 countries, the Spanish enterprise boasts innovations in registered electronic signature, notification, and contracting.

Focused on growth, the company implements a robust intellectual property and R&D strategy alongside an intensified internationalisation initiative.

Established in 1995, the firm made its debut on BME Growth in 2015, listed on the Madrid stock exchange.

Subsequent listings include Euronext Growth Paris in 2018 and the OTC Markets in New York in 2020. Its shares are also traded on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
