Lleida.net reports strong First Half: Sales up 10%, EBITDA soars by 458%
Madrid, July 23 - Lleida.net, a leading technology services company, has posted sales of €9.57 million for the first half of 2024, marking a 10% rise compared to the same period last year.
This robust growth, evident across nearly all the company’s business lines, is attributed to structural changes implemented in late 2023 and early 2024, now firmly embedded within the company.
Additionally, the company’s EBITDA surged to €1.43 million by the end of the first half, an impressive 458% increase from the €257,000 recorded in the same period of 2023.
Lleida.net's operating profit reached €391,000, a 146% improvement compared to the same period last year, when it reported a loss of €849,000.
"We’ve achieved another quarter and semester of growth, putting the company back on a path of progress and value. We are confident in maintaining these positive trends in the coming quarters," said Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.
The ICX Solutions business line saw the most significant growth, expanding by 28% in the first half of the year, with the commercial SMS line also showing an upward trend. These figures highlight a notable recovery in SMS technology and increased use by corporate clients.
Registered electronic notification services generated €1.032 million in sales during the period, a 17% increase compared to the first half of 2023. However, the registered electronic contracting line experienced a slight decline of 2%, settling at €1.58 million.
As of June 30, 2023, Net Financial Debt had been reduced by over €1 million, or 13%, bringing it down to €8.4 million.
Throughout the last fiscal year, the company has made significant efforts to reduce its exposure to both short-term and long-term loans.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net has been listed on the stock exchange since 2015. It is present on BME Growth in Madrid, Euronext Growth in Paris, OTC Markets in New York, and also in Frankfurt. Last November, the company unveiled a Comprehensive Recovery Plan aimed at steering the company back to growth, as these figures demonstrate.
The company has been awarded over 300 patents from 60 countries for its innovations in registered notification, contracting, and electronic signature, establishing itself as an industry leader.
