Madrid and Bogotá, 5 February .- Spanish tech firm Lleida.net (OTC.US) (ALLLN.PA) (LLN.MA) has inked a long-term deal with Colombian insurance giant Seguros Mundial to handle its registered electronic notifications.

This collaboration ensures Seguros Mundial's communications, covering everything from claims and payments to complaints and personal accidents, carry legal weight and evidential value.

Seguros Mundial will leverage Lleida.net's registered email service for all its official correspondence, including engagements with clients and stakeholders.

The agreement, facilitating the management of over 70,000 monthly communications, comes with an automatic annual renewal clause.

Founded in 1973, Seguros Mundial holds a significant position in Colombia's insurance landscape.

Meanwhile, Lleida.net, established in 1995, is renowned for its expertise in registered electronic signatures, notifications, and contracts, boasting an impressive portfolio of 305 patents across 60+ countries.
