Sisco Sapena sells 3% of Lleida.net to investors specialised in BME Growth

Madrid, 30 September - The CEO of Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF), Sisco Sapena, has sold an amount equivalent to three per cent of the company to a group of qualified investors who are specialised in taking positions in companies listed on BME Growth.

The sale, which took place yesterday, involves 481,499 shares traded for 4.64 euros per share.

The total amount of the transaction amounts to a total of slightly more than 2.23 million euros.

The sale brings Sapena's shareholding, who is the founder and the majority shareholder of the listed company, to 33.74 per cent.

The share exchange was duly notified to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) at today's market close.

The company is the European leader in the registered electronic signature, notification and contracting industry.

With over 200 patents granted by 60 global countries, Lleida.net has one of the industry's most robust intellectual property portfolios.

Since its listing on MAB in Madrid (now BME Growth), almost six years ago, the company has been awarded an average of one patent every eleven days.

Lleida.net is listed on the OTCQX index in New York, Euronext Growth in Paris, and BME Growth in Madrid.
