Lleida.net to unveil the first VOIP service with SMS in Spain during Mobile World Congress

Barcelona, 29 June  - Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) announced today, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the launch of Nomadic Numbering , the first Voice over IP telecommunications service in Spain that includes the ability to send and receive SMS.

Lleida.net is not only the European leader in the registered electronic signature, notification and contracting industry; but one of the leading SMS telephony operators in Europe.

The Nomadic Numbering system allows sending and receiving calls and SMS from the same digital number.

It is handy for logistics or delivery companies and can allow customers to communicate in real-time with delivery drivers on the move.

Nomadic Numbering has also been created to serve the growing community of creative workers who work from different geographic locations at the same time.

At this year's Mobile World Congress, the company has two pavilions and a team of 30 people representing the company.

"We hope that Mobile will soon regain the strength it has always had, and this year we wanted to show our support by building one of the largest stands at the event," explained Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company, which last year rose more than 900 per cent on the stock market.

In parallel to this edition of the Mobile World Congress and the Four Years for Now (4YFN) pavilion, Lleida.net has invited four startups that use the technology of the Spanish listed company to exhibit.

Among them are the online financing company BORROX, the loan marketplace PRESTALO, ITER5 Gestión Deportiva and the Artificial Intelligence company for the tourism sector SMARTVEL.

Lleida.net has two pavilions at this edition of Mobile, with 140 metres of open exhibition space.

The initiative of inviting startups that use the company's registered electronic communications services began last year when, after the cancellation of the previous edition of the MWC due to the threat of COVID-19, it organised a parallel event in Lleida called Lleida.net World Congress, which was attended by 47 companies from all over the world.

Lleida.net has more than 200 patents in the discipline, granted by more than 60 countries in the five continents, and its intellectual property portfolio in the certified electronic communications industry is one of the most important in the industry worldwide.

It is listed on the OTCQX Best Market index in New York, Euronext Growth in Paris and BME Growth in Madrid.

This year, its General Meeting of Shareholders approved a 25 per cent increase in dividends compared to last year.
