Lleida.net's quarterly EBITDA falls 27% amid pivot to B2C

Q2 revenue drops 7% to €4.519 million, while the company bills 52% more clients

Madrid, 4 August .- Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN), a telecommunications operator and qualified trust service provider, posted EBITDA of €713,000 in the second quarter of 2026, down 27% year-on-year.

Quarterly revenue stood at €4.519 million, down 7%, with pre-tax profit of €101,000, according to the trading update filed with the market.

The decline reflects the cost of a business model shift. The company is replacing revenue concentrated in a few high-value wholesale contracts with revenue spread across thousands of lower-ticket end clients.

Lleida.net closed June with 12,545 active clients, the highest figure in its history.

The transition is advancing faster in client numbers than in revenue volume, and that gap explains the quarter's results.

Client base and business lines

The company billed 5,567 unique clients in the first half, up 52% from 3,673 a year earlier, and issued 14,002 invoices, up 28%.

International markets accounted for 50.09% of first-half revenue, versus 49.91% from Spain. A year earlier, the split was reversed.

June saw 791 new client sign-ups, a monthly record, more than double the 391 recorded in June 2025.

Registered electronic notification, the direct-to-client service, grew 9% in the quarter, to €699,000. Other SaaS revenue rose 1%, to €400,000.

ICX Wholesale, the wholesale line and still the largest revenue contributor, fell 7%, to €1.622 million.

SMS solutions declined 12%, to €1.005 million, and electronic contracting fell 12%, to €793,000.

"Lleida.net has moved from being a company dependent on a handful of large contracts to one that bills thousands of clients every month," said Sisco Sapena, founder and CEO.

"We have spent years building a broader, more resilient model, with thousands of clients instead of a few contracts, and with half our business now outside Spain. That is the path to continue creating value for our shareholders," he added.

Financial debt as of June 30, 2026

Net financial debt fell to €5.222 million, down 10% from year-end 2025 and 17% lower than in June last year.

Total financial debt decreased 9%, to €6.360 million. The debt-to-EBITDA ratio stood at 1.64x, compared with 1.43x at year-end 2025.

Regulatory framework

Since April 3, 2025, Title II of Spain's Organic Law 1/2025 has required claimants to prove they attempted an appropriate dispute-resolution method before filing a civil or commercial lawsuit.

Lleida.net's Registered email service provides that proof, evidencing the sender's identity, the content, delivery, and the time of delivery.

Six rulings from five Provincial Courts, including Palma de Mallorca, Navarra and Gipuzkoa, recognised this validity between October 2025 and March 2026.

The company's newest client segment comprises law firms, licensed professionals and small businesses, which must document this step every time they prepare a claim.
