Madrid, August 17th - The CEO and founder of Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF), acquired last Thursday, August 11th, 25,000 new shares of the company.

The purchase was executed at a weighted price of EUR 2.55 per share.

It was made on the market following the presentation of the company's half-yearly results to investors and was communicated in due time and form to the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV).

With this new acquisition, Sapena, who remains the majority shareholder of the listed company, now holds 34.74 percent of the shares.

In the first six months of the fiscal year 2022, Lleida.net recorded a 27 percent increase in sales, exceeding 10.5 million euros, an all-time high.

In the period, the gross margin in 2022 grew comparatively by 26 percent over the first half of 2021 and reached 5.3 million euros.

Lleida.net's management has been working since the beginning of the year to prepare the company for a significant commercial and strategic expansion in the period 2022-2027.
